It began at a table full of friends
Petunia Planners begins in 2026 — but the habit is much older. We're a couple who have always loved to host: a full house, a long table, friends who never quite want to leave, and a quiet confidence in our own taste, from the flowers in the centre to the song that closes the night.
Over the years that instinct found its way into the people we love — a cousin's wedding here, a close friend's there, and, when the time came, our own — planned for the joy of it, never for a fee. Enough of them, warmly enough, that it began to feel like the thing we ought to be doing properly.
So this is our first official step. No long back catalogue to point to yet — just years of well-set tables, an eye for detail we trust, and a promise to plan your day as carefully as we would our own. We took our name from a flower that blooms generously through the whole season and asks for little in return. It felt about right.

Our own décor team designs and builds the whole look — palette, florals, mandap and lighting — styled in-house, never handed to an outside contractor.

The photographers, catering and DJ sets we would choose for our own — introduced, briefed and managed.
