• Wedding vendors — only the details necessary to plan and deliver your event (for instance sharing a guest count or date with a venue or caterer), and only once you have engaged us.
• Authorities or advisers where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Where it is stored and for how long

Your information may be processed on servers located outside India by the providers named above. We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus the period we are required to retain financial records under Indian law. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You may, at any time, ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is inaccurate;
• delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
• withdraw your consent to our use of it.
