These terms govern your use of petuniaplanners.com (the “site”), operated by Petunia Planners(“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is informational

The site describes our studio, our services and the venues we love. Nothing on it is an offer or a binding commitment, and the content is provided for general information only.

Enquiries are not a booking

Sending an enquiry — through the form, WhatsApp, email or phone — starts a conversation; it does not reserve a date or create a contract. Our planning services are engaged only under a separate written service agreement signed by both you and us, which sets out the scope, fees, payment schedule, cancellation terms and the rest. If anything on this site appears to differ from that signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, the Petunia Planners name and mark, and the images and videos we own are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission. Some photographs are used with the permission of the couples and vendors involved and remain their property.

Acceptable use

• use the site lawfully and only for genuine enquiries;
• don't attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site;
• don't submit anyone else's personal details without their consent, or send false information.

Venue and third-party information

Venue listings, prices, capacities and availability are indicative and can change. They are confirmed only at the time of booking with the venue. We are not responsible for third-party venues, vendors or websites we link to or mention.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. While we keep it accurate and available as best we can, we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability arising from our planning services is governed by the signed service agreement, not by these website terms.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle the information you share through the site, and forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the site.
